The 2000 Dachshund Picnic / Wiener Walk brought several hundred people and their loving pets to Winskill Park in sunny Tsawassen, British Columbia.

This year proved to be our most successful year to date. With over 150 Dachshunds and their owners in tow it was a grand day indeed. Many people attended this years Picnic from out of town and I was surprises as to how many found out about the Picnic from my web site. Many used the map too.

2000 was also a little special for me and Rummy as well . We won the "Musical Dachshunds" contest and Rummy came in second place in the Tricks contest. Just plain fun! Anyhow here are a handful of pictures from the 2000 Picnic and I hope to see you there next year.
